The following is the hotels that we will be utilizing for this conference. Hotels and rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis AFTER you have registered for the conference.  Please reference the Registration page for more information on pricing.

When filling out the Campus Delegation Registration Form, please be sure to include your mode of transportation to the conference. Our staff will utilize this information to determine whether or not to provide shuttles to and from the hotels and conference site.

If you plan to fly here for the conference, the two major aiports within a close proximity to the UNT campus are Dallas Love Field and the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airports. Be sure to include this in the registration process so that we can accommodate you.

IMPORTANT: Due to recent policy updates in SWACURH, the conference fee now INCLUDES hotel accommodations. Once you register and pay for the conference, you will not have to make separate hotel acommodations. Your school's hotel information will be made available to you prior to the conference.
