DEADLINES
Before November 1st, 2019
Ready to attend an awesome conference? Ready to meet with delegates across the southwest region? Ready to blaze new trails into the future?
There are a few things you must do before attending the conference:

On-Time: November 1st - January 25th
Late Registration: January 26th - February 1st
Conference Registration Closes: January 25th at midnight
Didn't make the registration time? No worries! There is still a chance you can register. Late registration closes on February 1st, 2020. A new registration form will open up for late registers.
Unfortunately, if you register late for the conference, we cannot promise you all the gifts and perks of registering on-time or good lodging/housing.
Also, late registration will incur an additional $25 fee per delegate. Nevertheless, we hope to see you at the conference!

February 2nd - February 27th, 2020
All invoices will be sent out on February 3rd by 5 pm. If you do not receive one please email the conference chair or the registration chair.

Invoices are due by February 22nd unless paying with a check-in person. (You must let the conference chair know if you plan to pay with check)
​
All Waivers are due by February 25th at 5 pm.

February 28th - March 2nd, 2020
Conference officially commences! We hope to see y'all there!
Please be sure to review safety, rules, and regulations established by the SWACURH region, The University of North Texas, and your own college/university when traveling before attending the conference.
Lastly, be ready to awaken your leader at RBC 2020!
