Pack accordingly into preferably one sports bag/or travel size suitcase and one personal bag or backpack.

• Friday: Travel Day and Boardroom

  • Comfortable pants/shorts/skirts and shirt for Travel

  • PJs in the Board room

• Saturday Day: Boardroom

  • Business Casual Attire

• Saturday Night: Banquet

  • Business Casual Attire to Business Formal

    • No tennis shoes, ripped clothing, miniskirts, flip flops.

    • We want to look nice for the banquet and awards!

• Sunday: Travel

  • Comfortable pants/shorts/skirts and a shirt.

 

Additional Clothing

• Pajamas

• Coat/Sweater/Umbrella

• Comfortable shoes

• Shoes for banquet/boardroom

 

Miscellaneous

• Toiletries: toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo/conditioner/soap

• Towel/washcloth

• Extra pillows and blankets

• Cell phone

• Cell phone charger

• Camera - to capture all of those SWACURH memories

• CDs/iPod for the ride

• Money - some meals will not be provided by the conference
